Problema TVU urgente

Ciao a tutti, ho un problema con tvuplayer.
Quando lo faccio partire mi dice

Failed to create player window
Please reinstall tvuplayer to resolve this problem.

Premo ok e mi dice

An error occurred when initializing
Please check your settings.


AIUTO!!!!! COSA DEVO FARE???
Help please...

no, proprio non mi si apre

No, il buffer nemmeno appare, non mi apre proprio il programma!!

prova a seguire quanto consigliato...disinstalla e reinstalla il programma.
Anche a me una volta non partiva più e ho fatto così.
