usb non riconosciute

il mio computer non riconosce più le usb...ne chiavette ne stampante....niente...
non so che fare...
qualunque consiglio è ben accetto...

hai un cd di windows? se la risp è no, procuratelo... lo inserisci nel lettore e poi:

Start->Esegui->sfc /scannow

sono usb 2.0 ?? se sono 2.0 avrai fatto qualche aggiornamento di windows e ti ha scaricate dei driver non adatti al controller
