è semplicissimo, basta usare VLC. Puoi trasmettere da file e da sorgente live. L'importante è che spunti in basso il qudratino trasmetti/salva. Poi spunti udp e come codec video ti consiglio H264 e audio mpga. Regolati tu con i bitrate e ricordati che il bitrate totale è dato dalla somma di quello del video e quello dell'audio. Se ti serve una mano chiedi.

so quale è la mia banda live e i test gli ho sempre fatti in rate bassissimo
forse il problema riguarda che non mi hanno dato ancora la mail di conferma per l'account anche se riesco gia a loggare dalla parte bassa del log in di toxic
comunque mi dice che non è possibile allocare una banda tale anche se trasmentto a 48 kbps
ho bloccato dal firewall e ho provato ogni tipo di codec

PS: visto che molti si lamentano ( giustamente ;-) ) per la mancanza delle pwd, per i miei canali scrivetemi in MP ( i miei canali sono quelli di SCREMAZ )
