si esatto uno screenshot!con il tasto stamp chiaramente nn viene!

Vlc permette di scattarli (tasto destro sul video > snapshot).

Io sono contro l'uso di animazioni al posto del testo su MSN

anche con virtualdub (se il file è un AVI)
vai sul fotogramma e clicchi su [, vai al fotogramma successivo e clicchi su ]
e fai FILE->SAVE IMAGE SEQUENCE.
è tutto
alternativa l'ultimo VLC ha l'opzione x fare una screenshot...
