Aiuto Con Nbc E Abc!

Ciao! Sono appena tornato dall'america e ho provato ad andare sui siti www.nbc.com e www.abc.com ma alcuni funzioni sono bloccate in quanto non sono utente dagli Stati Uniti.
C'e' qualcuno che mi potrebbe aiutare con questo problema, per aggirare questo blocco???

lo so, lo so...sono ignorante...ma non so come fare a usare altri proxy...protrebbe spiegarmelo qualcuno, sempre che sia legale??
