problemi con mediacenter

Non riesco a vedere mediacenter quando accedo lo apro e rimane nero la schermata a tempo e non visualizza nulla. Ho fatto mille tentativi disinstallandolo reinstallandolo disattivando firewall antivirus ma niente non ne vuole sapere. Aiutatemi a risolvere il problema non so piu che fare uffaaaa Rispondetemi per favore grzzzzzzzzzzzz
