help me!!! errore wmp

ciao a tutti.... chiaramente sono un novellino del settore!! ho scaricato pplive e stream ma mi dice che c'è un "errore interno dell'applicazione" di windows media player!! ho provato a disintallare wmp e installare l'ultima versione ma nn è cambiato niente!! ho provato anche a impostare un altro programma per l'apertura dei file video ma quando cerco di vedere un programma in streaming continua a darmi l'errore di windows media player!!! nn sò piu che fare!!!

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
