I know is kinda strange page but have you tried to open the broadcaster?

Registration is very easy but if you want to watch channels as I said there is nothing right now just testing. I just want to see if someone can provide stream and check how it's going to be.
I am using IE but maybe it works with other browsers too.
here what you have to do if you wnt to register:
1.Go here http://www.nanjangtv.com/member/join_step1.html . Check the agree box at the bottom of the page and click the button with "tv" on it.
2. Fill the forms as follows:
젴름-name
아젴디 - nickname
비밀번호-password
비밀번호 확져- retype password
젴메젼 - email
닉네임 입력 -nickname
( i dont know what is the difference between the two niknames, probably the first one is to login, the second the name when you broadcast. Any way just enter the same nicknames both places if you want)

3. Hit the submit button - the firts one one the bottom of the page. You will be
automatically logged.

4.If you want to watch click on the picture with the bus that has two film rolls on it's top(bottom of the page) The test streams are around 2-4pm korean time.
The fist time you do this the program will be installed on your computer. If you have problems with the installation check your popup and seciruty settings.

5.If you want to broadcast click on the picture with the televisin on the top of the page.
Then if you have experience with broadcasting software you will easily figure out what to do.It looks pretty much like afreeca way of streaming. If someone want to stream and doesnot know how I will ask the developers to make quick english manual.

It was giving me some kind of error when I first tried but then somehow everything went Ok. Did it ask you to install the program when you tried to login or when you tried to start it? Try to low the security settings in your explorer settings(are you using IE?)or to reboot after you install the program.
If you still have problems opening it I will ask the korean guys what might be the problem.

Have you guys check on CCIPTV soon?
I just visited their web site and it seems they have their professional server for free now.
This is the only thing available for downloading right now:

Actually the file there is an self-extractig archive that constist of:
CCIPTVLiveServer_Pro.exe
cciptvpushsetup.exe
CCIPTVStationServer.exe
CCIPTVSetup.exe( that's the podcaster)

I tried the podcaster and it works pretty good for me. I have never used the other tools to stream but for the people who are interested in they can check them out.
CCIPTV was kinda buggy before but maybe they have improved their products.

C'E' UN CANALE (SI CHIAMA live) CHE TRASMETTE FILM P0RNO!

cmq per aggiungere i canali alla lista bisogna:
fare CTRL+F
nella finestra che si presenta selezionare "I CANALI" che interessano
cliccare il primo bottone a sinistra in alto (spostando le TV nella lista giu')
e confermare cliccando sul bottone a sinistra in basso
da questo momento la lista del player avrà i canali selezionati visibili.

per la cronaca... c'è anche un canale NBA
