CONVERTIRE in divx file .afs?

CONVERTIRE in divx file .afs?

Ho registrato un video strimmato di diverse ore (precisamente un canale tv straniero) con bitrate di 500kb/s.
L'ho fatto con COOLRECORDER, in .afs.
Ora aprendolo con mediaplyer11, praticamente è problematico,macchinoso spostare il cursore dell'avanzamento, cioè lo sposto in avanti, si ferma per molti secondi e riprende INDIETREGGIANDO, non so se mi sono spiegato.

Aprendolo con VLC tutto bene ma la qualità video è peggiore...

Come risolvere visto che questo problema con WMP11 me lo fa stranamente solo REGISTRO QUESTI VIDEO IN STREAMING...

ehm ma non perdo qualità cosi? posso risolvere in altro problema il problema dello spostamento del cursore?

SONO 6 ORE DI VIDEO, TUTTA UNA NOTTATA, come faccio a convertirlo, non si puo' mannaggia...
